Gabrielle was raised in Delta County. With a brief move to California due to a family emergency, she is back on this side of the country and making big moves with her restaurant. She is no stranger to the business and has many success stories. She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. A pastry chef by trade, she also excels in all areas relating to food. Working for Wolfgang Puck Catering, it took her to Jamaica, where she continued to build her skills overseas. She is passionate about providing not only the best food, but also the best dining experience overall.
